He [Graham] did what he said he was going to do, when he was going to do it. It was very clear. There were no surprises. We got great outcomes. Graham held independent one on ones with the team which really gives people a voice. He was able to really dive into that with the individuals and then distil that information up into something that’s common for everybody and he created a really safe environment, which was important. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elixir to advice practices looking for a Business Coach.
